County by financing the acquisition of commercial/industrial land, providing
tax increment financing and tax abatement assistance and offering incentives
to businesses looking to expand in or relocate to Chisago County.
Housing Development and
Rehabilitation: including administering rehabilitation programs
for multi-family and single family rehabilitation, multi-family and single
family housing development and construction and home purchase assistance.
