The Chisago County HRA-EDA’s promotes and maintains a high quality of life in county by encouraging affordable housing developments and private investments. This is done through a collaborative effort with cities and other interested organizations in the county. With the desire to encourage development, the HRA-EDA commissioned the Chisago County Comprehensive Housing Needs Analysis in 2018. This was followed by the creation of the Housing Toolkit to assist cities and developers in their decision making.
